Whether you're just starting out in the gym or already experienced with boxing basics, our boxing for fitness class accommodates all levels. Our sessions will provide a high-intensity workout whilst ensuring your safety, as we highly value technique. We always make sure cornerstones such as footwork and proper punching techniques are taught throughout the session

Fundamentals Class

Our Boxing Fundamentals Class involves learning basic striking/defenses, footwork, partner drills and also technical bag work/conditioning.

Fighters Class

The Fighters class is for all of our boxers who are competing or heading down the road in doing so. Our fighters classes offer boxers the opportunity to take their performance and dedication to the next level, equipping them with all they need for success in competition. These classes will include but are not limited to sparring, partner drills, advanced pad work bag drills, and advanced footwork.

Strength & Conditioning

These strength and fitness classes are designed to give you all the tools you need to be able to perform at your best in boxing. Incorporate one these sessions into your routine to maximise the results you achieve from training.
